Targeted Exercises - Whether you're recovering from an acute injury, undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, or working through neurological rehabilitation, our physiotherapists can design a personalised exercise program tailored to your condition and goals. Each plan is carefully structured to support your recovery and promote long-term well-being

Improving Fitness - If your goal is to improve your overall fitness, our one-on-one exercise sessions offer a safe and structured approach. These sessions are designed to accommodate any pre-existing conditions, allowing you to gradually build strength, endurance, and confidence in your physical abilities

Falls Prevention - We conduct thorough clinical assessments using validated outcome measures such as the Timed Up & Go (TUG), Functional Reach Test, and Berg Balance Scale. Based on the results, we develop a comprehensive falls prevention management plan aimed at reducing risk and improving balance, mobility, and independence

Balance & Vestibular Disorder

Reduced balance and increased risk of falls are significant concerns within the community. Our team offers tailored Balance and Falls Prevention programs designed to improve mobility, enhance core stability, and build confidence in movement

Engaging in these programs can help you maintain the stability and independence needed for everyday activities

Hands On Treatment

Hands-on physiotherapy, meaning that throughout the entire duration of your appointment, you will receive manual therapy techniques tailored to address poor movement patterns, joint dysfunction, and soft tissue restrictions contributing to your symptoms

Our hands-on treatments include:

  • Joint Mobilisation
Gentle, repetitive stretching of specific spinal and limb joints through mid- to end-range movements to help restore normal joint mobility and reduce stiffness

  • Therapist-Assisted Stretching
Targeted stretching techniques performed by the physiotherapist to enhance range of motion, particularly beneficial when clients are unable to achieve these movements independently

  • Neural Mobilisation
A structured method for managing nerve-related dysfunction, using specific techniques to safely mobilise restricted nerves and improve neural mobility and comfort in the limbs

Our approach ensures each session is focused, effective, and entirely hands-on, supporting your path to recovery and improved function

Therapeutic Massage

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points are hypersensitive areas within muscle tissue, characterized by small contraction knots. These acute pain sources can impair muscle length and cause referred pain if not addressed. Treatment involves applying sustained, deep pressure to the trigger points, followed by targeted stretching to alleviate discomfort and restore muscle function

Deep Tissue Massage

This technique targets the deeper layers of muscle fibers through specific compression and friction along the muscle tissue. It helps to release muscle tension, eliminate toxins, and promote enhanced circulation of blood and oxygen, supporting overall muscle health

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage employs specialized techniques to identify and treat soft tissue injuries while supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Treatments are personalized to each client’s needs and may vary in intensity—from gentle to firm, superficial to deep—to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes. This approach is effective in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions

Dry Needling

Dry needling is an effective technique used to treat various musculoskeletal conditions by inserting fine acupuncture needles into targeted muscle areas. Needles may be inserted superficially to alleviate trigger points or placed deeper to modulate pain responses and promote healing through increased blood flow

When combined with manual, hands-on therapy, dry needling can significantly reduce muscle tightness, enhance muscle activation, and provide meaningful pain relief, contributing to improved functional outcomes
